  • The upgrade is typically completed within a week but if your theme has extensive custom development, we'll reach out to discuss alternative options.

What you need to know

  • NationBuilder will grant temporary access to your nation to a certified partner solely for the purpose of completing this upgrade.
  • Once the upgrade is complete, NationBuilder will remove the partner’s access and let you know that the work is complete.

Timeline

  • Upgrades are typically completed within a week from when the partner is given access to your nation.
